• 1 – 4 years fire sprinkler or mechanical design experience or education
• Computer skills w/AutoCad based design software experience
• Detail oriented, mechanical aptitude, teachable
• Have or working on NICET certification

• Valid driver’s license with clear record
• Willing to travel

SALES-ESTIMATOR-PROJECT MANAGER
• 5+ years fire sprinkler design experience/NICET III or IV preferred
• 1+ year sales, estimating, or management experience
• Communication and computer skills
• Able to bring in new business
• Professional/Honest/Dependable/Reliable/Motivated
• Valid driver’s license with clear record
• Willing to travel

FOREMAN
• 6+ years fire sprinkler installation experience
• Completed fitter, foreman, equipment, and safety certifications
• Familiar with all types of prints, systems, valves, pumps, etc.
• Project leader willing to work with and train others
• Communication skills
• Organized with the ability to plan ahead and direct others
• Pride and ownership of work
• Honest/Dependable/Reliable/Motivated
• Valid driver’s license with clear record
• Willing to travel

FITTER
• 5+ years fire sprinkler installation experience
• Completed fitter, equipment, and safety certifications
• Familiar with all types of prints, systems, valves, pumps, etc.
• Willing to work with and train others
• Honest/Dependable/Reliable/Motivated
• Valid driver’s license with clear record and reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel

APPRENTICE
• Mechanical aptitude
• Willing to work with others
• Enroll in registered fitter training course
• Honest/Dependable/Reliable/Motivated
• Valid driver’s license with clear record and reliable vehicle
